China and Azerbaijan Sign Visa-Free Pact, Boosting People-to-People and Cultural Exchange
2025年4月23日，中共中央政治局委員,、外交部長(zhǎng)王毅和阿塞拜疆外交部長(zhǎng)巴伊拉莫夫分別代表兩國(guó)政府,，簽署《中華人民共和國(guó)政府和阿塞拜疆共和國(guó)政府關(guān)于互免持普通護(hù)照公民簽證的協(xié)定》。協(xié)定將在兩國(guó)政府履行必要程序后正式生效。
On April 23rd, 2025, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi and Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed the "Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports" on behalf of their respective governments. The agreement will come into force after the two governments will complete the necessary procedures.

On April 16th, 2025, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi and Malaysia’s Minister of Home Affairs Saifuddin Nasution signed the "Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Malaysia on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Official and Ordinary Passports," which will come into effect after both countries will complete the necessary procedures. The agreement does not affect the exiting visa-free policies already in place between the two countries.
