Set to Enter into Force
《中華人民共和國(guó)政府和薩摩亞獨(dú)立國(guó)政府關(guān)于互免簽證的協(xié)定》將自2025年4月2日起生效,。根據(jù)協(xié)定，持有效的中國(guó)外交,、公務(wù),、公務(wù)普通及普通護(hù)照和持有效的薩摩亞獨(dú)立國(guó)外交、官員及普通護(hù)照公民,，在締約另一方入境,、出境或者過(guò)境，單次停留不超過(guò)30日,，每180日累計(jì)停留不超過(guò)90日,，免辦簽證。如需在締約另一方境內(nèi)停留超過(guò)上述停留期限,，或在締約另一方境內(nèi)從事工作,、學(xué)習(xí)、定居,、新聞報(bào)道等須經(jīng)締約另一方主管部門事先批準(zhǔn)的活動(dòng),，應(yīng)當(dāng)在入境締約另一方前申請(qǐng)相應(yīng)簽證。
The agreement on mutual visa exemption between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Independent State of Samoa will take effect on April 2nd, 2025. Under this agreement, citizens holding valid Chinese diplomatic passports, service passports, service ordinary passports and those holding valid Samoan diplomatic passports, official passports, and ordinary passports can enter, exit, or transit the other contracting party without a visa, provided that their single stay does not exceed 30 days and the cumulative stay within every 180 days does not exceed 90 days.
If it is necessary to stay in the territory of the other contracting party for a period longer than the above-mentioned limit or to engage in activities such as work, study, settlement, or news reporting that require prior approval from the competent authorities of the other contracting party, the corresponding visa should be applied for before entering the territory of the other contracting party.

It is committed to become a talent training base in the field of building energy conservation. By cooperating with well-known domestic and international scientific research institutions and universities, it introduces high-level talents to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of the industry. According to relevant project managers, in terms of production and manufacturing, the Sanya International Building Energy Conservation Innovation Center adopts customized intelligent manufacturing equipment that conforms to German Industry 4.0 standards, realizing the whole-chain production of green and healthy buildings. The park comprehensively applies green and healthy building integrated systems such as ecological natural restoration technology, renewable energy generation technology, and intelligent energy recovery technology, fully reflecting the concept of green and low-carbon development.

3月8日，由東京都日中友好協(xié)會(huì)組織的日本研學(xué)團(tuán)一行20余人走進(jìn)三亞,，展開一場(chǎng)深度的文化體驗(yàn)與旅游考察活動(dòng),。日本研學(xué)團(tuán)學(xué)員們登上了鹿回頭風(fēng)景區(qū)俯瞰三亞全景，品嘗了老爸茶等本土特色美食,，走訪了三亞多個(gè)標(biāo)志性旅游景點(diǎn),，還體驗(yàn)了亞特蘭蒂斯度假區(qū)等優(yōu)質(zhì)的休閑度假項(xiàng)目。除此之外,，他們還前往三亞國(guó)際免稅城,，深入了解海南自由貿(mào)易港的免稅購(gòu)物政策，尤其對(duì)免稅店內(nèi)數(shù)量眾多,、價(jià)格優(yōu)惠的日本品牌倍感驚喜,，通過(guò)這次行程了解到了三亞多樣化的旅游資源，今后有計(jì)劃為研學(xué)團(tuán)安排更深度的三亞考察行程,，感受三亞的獨(dú)特風(fēng)情,。
On March 8th, a Japanese study tour group of more than 20 people organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Japan-China Friendship Association visited Sanya and carried out an in-depth cultural experience and tourism inspection activity. The members of the Japanese study tour group ascended Luohuitou Scenic Area to overlook the panorama of Sanya, tasted local specialty foods such as Laoba Tea, visited many iconic tourist attractions in Sanya, and also experienced high-quality leisure and vacation projects such as Atlantis Sanya. In addition, the group went to Sanya Duty-Free City to learn in depth about the duty-free shopping policy of the Hainan Free Trade Port. They were especially surprised by the large number and favorable prices of Japanese brands in the duty-free shops. Through this trip, they learned about the diverse tourism resources in Sanya and, in the future, they plan to arrange a more in-depth inspection trip to Sanya to experience the unique charm of Sanya.
