烏拉圭當?shù)貢r間2月17日上午,，《中華人民共和國三亞市和烏拉圭東岸共和國埃斯特角城建立友好城市關系協(xié)議書》簽約儀式在烏拉圭馬爾多納多省埃斯特角城舉行,。三亞市人民政府市長陳希與馬爾多納多省省長恩里克·安蒂亞、埃斯特角城市長瑪麗亞·薩拉·巴洛菲奧共同簽署建立友好城市關系協(xié)議書,，埃斯特角城成為三亞市第15個國際友好城市,。
On the morning of February 17, local time in Uruguay, the signing ceremony of the "Agreement on the Establishment of Sister City Relations between Sanya City, the People's Republic of China, and Punta del Este, the Oriental Republic of Uruguay" was held in Punta del Este, Maldonado Province, Uruguay. The agreement was signed by Punta del Este Mayor María Sara Baroffio, Maldonado Intendant Enrique Antía, and Sanya Mayor Chen Xi, formalizing the sister city relations between the two municipalities. This development marks Sanya's 15th international sister city partnership.
陳希表示,，中國與烏拉圭雖然相距遙遠，但一直保持著友好往來和密切合作,。近年來,，兩國合作在“一帶一路”框架下不斷走深走實。三亞市與埃斯特角城在資源稟賦,、氣候類型,、旅游發(fā)展等方面有諸多相似之處，自2021年簽署建立友好城市關系意向書以來,，各領域交流合作日益密切,。希望雙方以締結國際友好城市為契機，進一步擴大在經(jīng)貿(mào),、旅游,、文化、會展,、農(nóng)業(yè)等領域的交流與合作,，推動雙方青年人才交流，深化兩市友好關系,。
Chen Xi stated that although China and Uruguay are geographically distant, the two countries have maintained friendly exchanges and close cooperation, particularly in recent years under the Belt and Road Initiative has continued to deepen and solidify. Sanya and Punta del Este share many similarities in terms of resource endowments, climate types, and tourism development. Since the signing of the letter of intent to establish sister city relations in 2021, exchanges and cooperation in various fields have become increasingly close. Chen Xi expressed his hope that the establishment of sister city relations would serve as an opportunity to further expand exchanges and cooperation in areas such as the economy, trade, tourism, culture, exhibitions, and agriculture, promote exchanges of young talents and deepen the friendly relationship between the two cities.
瑪麗亞·薩拉·巴洛菲奧表示,，馬爾多納多省旅游資源豐富，自然風光優(yōu)美,，是烏拉圭東部沿海經(jīng)濟,、旅游大省。當?shù)仄骄彽纳碁┚d延不絕,，歷史景觀和藝術瑰寶數(shù)不勝數(shù),。省內埃斯特角城旅游服務業(yè)和會展業(yè)起步早、水平高,，是享譽世界的度假勝地,，也是美洲大型國際性會議的舉辦地。埃斯特角城愿繼續(xù)與三亞加強在電影,、體育,、美食等方面的交流與合作，爭取在未來取得豐碩成果,。
María Sara Baroffio noted that Maldonado Province is rich in tourism resources and beautiful natural scenery, making it a major economic and tourism hub on Uruguay's east coast. The province features offers endless stretches of gentle beaches, as well as numerous historical landmarks and artistic treasures. Punta del Este, a city within the province, has a long-established and sophisticated tourism and convention industry, making it a world-renowned resort destination and host city for major international conferences in the Americas. Punta del Este is eager to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Sanya in areas such as film, sports and cuisine to achieve fruitful results in the future.
